What you will do

• Process customer orders accurately and maintain account information in order management systems.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide phone-based support, resolve issues, and document customer interactions.
• Handle urgent order requests and coordinate escalations.
• Support invoicing activities, including reprints and issue resolution.
• Identify and submit potential sales leads from customer interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience or exposure to customer service or transactional support environments.
• Proficiency with computer systems and business applications.
• Ability to process orders accurately and manage data within business systems.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Office is preferred.
