Payroll Consultant (Spanish Payroll) (Payroll and labor law): Managing and optimizing Spanish payroll processes for enterprise clients with an accent on payroll calculation, personnel movements, official-body communication, and employment legislation. Focus on advising clients, coordinating local payroll activity with international corporate processes, and solving detailed payroll and labor-procedure issues.
Location: Madrid, Spain — hybrid; CET. Workation abroad is available for up to 4 weeks per year only where has a legal entity.

What you will do
- Manage personnel movements, including registrations, modifications, incidents, and cancellations.
- Calculate payroll and communicate with official bodies.
- Provide support and advice on labor procedures.
- Manage clients locally and monitor payroll activity at the corporate level for international companies.
- Act as a trusted advisor while helping optimize client payroll processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in payroll management and labor law.
- Strong interest in HR, payroll management, and employment legislation.
- Solid analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
- Spanish and fluent English are essential.
- Customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team.
Nice to have
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience with the Integrho payroll engine.
