Payroll Consultant (Spanish Payroll)

What you will do

• Manage personnel registrations, modifications, incidents, and cancellations.
• Calculate payroll and communicate with relevant official bodies.
• Provide support and advice on labor procedures and employment legislation.
• Manage local client relationships and monitor payroll activity at the corporate level for international clients.
• Apply payroll expertise and digital tools to optimize client processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant payroll management and labor law experience.
• Experience or knowledge of payroll processes and employment legislation.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• High attention to detail, assertiveness, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
• Spanish and fluent English are essential.
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field is valued.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with the Integrho payroll engine.
