Location: Remote or Hybrid in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Poland, or Ukraine. Daily overlap with US team until 12:30 PM Pacific Time required.

Salary: EUR Gross 5,700 - 6,600

What you will do

• Develop and maintain dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers.
• Convert ad hoc SQL queries into version-controlled dbt models to improve performance and readability.
• Build Snowflake task-based workflows, triggers, and dependency-aware data pipelines.
• Implement data quality checks and reconciliation models across EHR, Salesforce, and billing systems.
• Optimize analytical queries and manage warehouse sizing, clustering, and resource usage.
• Develop Python scripts for API integrations and file processing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI Engineering.
• Expert-level experience with Snowflake, including advanced SQL, query optimization, and orchestration.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt (incremental models, snapshots, testing, and semantic modeling).
• Proficiency in Python for automation, API integrations, and data processing.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau (dashboard development, UX, and performance optimization).
• Experience with Fivetran, event-driven architectures, and AWS data services.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and EMR/EHR environments.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, LLM-powered analytics, and AI-ready data architectures.
• Familiarity with Streamlit and Python-based ML workflows.
