Analytics Engineer (SQL/dbt)

Analytics Engineer (SQL/dbt): Building and maintaining business-critical data pipelines and decision-ready datasets for buyer journeys, seller supply, and member lifecycle operations with an accent on scalable data models, reliability, and data quality. Focus on designing dbt and BigQuery pipelines, translating product needs into technical delivery, and powering machine learning models, reporting, and domain metrics.

Location: Hybrid work from the Vilnius or Kaunas office; two office days per week are recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €3,433–€4,650 gross per month

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using dbt, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Transform buyer, seller, catalog, and CRM data into datasets for machine learning models, reporting, and domain metrics.
• Consult Product Management, Data Science, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve data platform adoption through documentation, training, optimization, and best-practice guidance.
• Own production reliability, investigate root causes, and deliver fixes for data quality and process issues.
• Implement testing, reconciliation, regression checks, and anomaly detection for core product metrics.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering with ownership of production data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt.
• Working knowledge of Git, version control, code reviews, and data testing or reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills and experience translating stakeholder needs into technical delivery.
• Professional collaboration in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or BigQuery, Airflow, Python, or Looker.
• Familiarity with product analytics, marketplace funnels, catalog metadata, user retention, or CRM tracking.
