TL;DR

Head of Data (DTC): Leading the end-to-end data architecture and analytical strategy for a fast-growing wellness-tech company with an accent on building scalable pipelines and establishing a single source of truth. Focus on driving product analytics, mentoring a small data team, and balancing competing data needs across marketing, finance, and operations.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office (Hybrid: 3 days/week)

Salary: €5,000–€8,000 gross/month

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end data architecture, infrastructure strategy, and data governance standards.
• Lead the ingestion, integration, and preparation of data from e-commerce, marketing, CRM, and product sources.
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards to ensure a single source of truth.
• Direct the product analytics agenda, including defining metrics and overseeing A/B testing cycles.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small, agile data team while maintaining hands-on involvement in data tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data needs across marketing, product, finance, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or BI.
• Proven experience in designing data architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, subscription models, or health & wellness tech.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience scaling a data function within a startup or scale-up environment.
