What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise Power BI dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize semantic data models and DAX calculations to transform business requirements into actionable insights.
• Configure data sources and ETL processes using Power Query, M Language, and Snowflake.
• Establish and maintain data governance, metadata management, and data lineage documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics and present findings to leadership and operational teams.
• Drive proof-of-concept projects for new BI patterns and integrate AI tools like Copilot to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Power BI report development, administration, and semantic modeling.
• Proficiency in DAX (advanced measures) and Power Query/M Language.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake data warehouses.
• Ability to manage data governance, metadata, and data lineage.
• Proven experience in translating complex business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Copilot for analytics delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSMS administration and optimization.
• Experience leading proof-of-concept initiatives for analytics platforms.
