What you will do

• Manage carrier onboarding and system connectivity through Carrier Portal, Macropoint, EDI, and API integrations.
• Monitor and analyze carrier KPIs, including Check Call Compliance, On-Time Pickup (OTP), and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Expand the strategic carrier network and lead sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for Mexico and Cross-Border operations.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify and execute cost savings and network optimization initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Experience in transportation logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven experience working with data analysis.
• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico, for on-site work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence and dashboard platforms.
• Knowledge of TMS platforms, Macropoint, EDI, and API integrations.
• Specific experience in Mexico and Cross-Border transportation markets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Strong negotiation and strategic sourcing capabilities.
