What you will do

• Monitor cloud service, generative AI, and agentic AI roadmaps and translate updates into internal deployment plans.
• Research new tools, run comparative evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to implement and maintain products.
• Design and execute internal adoption campaigns and training programs for business users.
• Analyze and visualize usage data, recommend improvements, and prepare management reporting.
• Communicate with stakeholders across departments and lead business-user-facing product initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of senior-level Product Manager experience.
• Strong experience with cloud services, including Microsoft products and Microsoft 365.
• Leadership experience in business-user-facing product initiatives and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
• General knowledge of AI technologies and hands-on experience with AI products such as Copilot.
• Commitment to driving impactful products within a corporate IT environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing internal cloud services or Microsoft 365-related products as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience evaluating generative or agentic AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, or Claude Cowork.
• Experience with internal security and governance reviews.
• Data visualization and documentation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, or BI tools.
• Experience designing prompts, building custom skills, or automating workflows.
