What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from market research and PRD writing to post-release data analysis.
• Develop and communicate a forward-looking product roadmap that aligns business priorities with user needs.
• Partner with CxOs and senior executives to align vision, secure buy-in, and manage expectations.
• Establish and monitor KGIs and KPIs to optimize features and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers on tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Approximately 7 years of experience in product development and management.
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end feature development lifecycle and writing clear PRDs.
• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps that align with business goals.
• Ability to measure and communicate product impact using data-driven metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid work format).
