Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Tokyo, Japan). You are expected to work from the Japan office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Own product domains across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Translate complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Drive product iterations using data, user research, and production feedback.
• Balance speed of delivery with user experience, business impact, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth operator.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products.
