What you will do

• Launch the UAE market by identifying and acquiring banks, lenders, and collection agencies.
• Develop and test GTM motions to create a scalable market entry playbook.
• Master the local debt collection domain and regulatory environment to out-expert industry veterans.
• Lead the full sales cycle: run discovery, shape commercial terms, negotiate, and close deals.
• Manage key client relationships, foster partnerships, and drive product upselling.
• Coordinate with a pod of engineers to ensure successful technical integration of AI voice agents.

Requirements

• Experience as a non-technical startup founder or Head of Sales in a tech company.
• Proven track record of selling complex, high-value products.
• Native-fluent Arabic language proficiency.
• Currently or previously based in Dubai.
• High degree of autonomy and operational relentlessness.
