What you will do

• Design and optimize optical systems for imaging, illumination, and beam shaping.
• Develop and analyze aspheric components with a focus on manufacturability.
• Perform optical simulations, tolerancing, and sensitivity analysis to ensure system performance.
• Collaborate on the testing and implementation of electro-optical systems and components.
• Prepare technical drawings according to international standards.
• Maintain and update the company's optical components database.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Zemax OpticStudio (ZOS).
• Strong knowledge of geometric and wave optics.
• Experience in optical system design, modelling, and image quality analysis (MTF, PSF, spot diagrams).
• Proficiency in optical coatings design and optimization.
• English and Russian language proficiency sufficient for effective communication.
• Experience working with opto-mechanical systems, including assembly, alignment, and testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with electro-optical components (CMOS, CCD, OLED, LCOS).
• Knowledge of mechanical or thermomechanical analysis tools like Ansys.
• Python skills for data processing or automation.
• Familiarity with ISO/MIL standards and CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
