What you will do

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders (trading, sales, Ops) and IT delivery squads.
• Create detailed user stories and developer-ready content in Azure for the squad backlog.
• Lead end-to-end refinement and solution design sessions to solve process and system issues.
• Perform impactful analysis on cross-domain, complex reporting environments.
• Track market and competition developments to improve product offerings.
• Coach and train parties on the implementation of proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
• 2+ years of experience with Regulatory Transaction Reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in Risk Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
