Fraud Ops Expert (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Istanbul, or Amsterdam; after 3 months, 2 days remote and 3 days in-office each week.

What you will do

• Own fraud investigations and escalations from individual cases through resolution.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and drive permanent structural fixes.
• Design and implement AI-led workflows and own the automation roadmap.
• Track KPIs for speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Distinguish systemic design flaws from isolated operational noise.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of fraud operations, investigation methodologies, and the applicable regulatory landscape.
• Hands-on experience handling complex fraud cases and escalations.
• Ability to diagnose operational problems using data and implement lasting solutions.
• Ability to design and implement AI-led workflows and automation.
• Fluent English communication required.
