TL;DR
Fraud Ops Expert (Fintech): Managing the end-to-end fraud operations process and transforming it into an AI-led capability with an accent on fraud investigation and systemic fixes. Focus on diagnosing operational failures using data and implementing AI-led automation to scale operations.
Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia (after 3 months in-office: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly)

What you will do
- Own the Fraud Operations process end-to-end, from individual case investigations to systemic structural fixes.
- Handle complex fraud investigations and escalations to ensure no user is overlooked.
- Identify failure patterns and drive AI-led automation to scale operations through intelligence.
- Take full KPI accountability for speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Design and implement AI-led workflows and own the automation roadmap end-to-end.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Fraud Operations, investigation methodologies, and the relevant regulatory landscape.
- Hands-on experience executing complex fraud cases and escalations.
- Ability to diagnose operational problems using data and implement permanent structural fixes.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-led workflows.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia.

- Experience in fintech or other high-growth, regulated environments.
