What you will do

• Provide technical support for diagnostics and root cause analysis across various systems.
• Resolve technical inquiries from customer dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
• Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate field engineer visits and document technical data in internal systems.
• Occasionally conduct vehicle testing and servicing arrangements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and experience using diagnostic tools.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in Hungary.

Nice to have

• EV, HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4).
