What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for account-related platform capabilities including balance visibility and reconciliation.
• Conduct product discovery via customer interviews and market research to identify pain points.
• Lead agile execution, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and writing detailed user stories.
• Perform competitive analysis within the payments ecosystem to identify emerging trends.
• Manage cross-functional product launches in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs to optimize product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B Payments, FinTech, or Corporate Payments.
• Proven track record of managing customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with account-based financial products (reporting, balance management, reconciliation).
• Ability to partner with UX/UI designers and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
