What you will do

• Provide operational support for Java-based applications and services in production environments.
• Troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability.
• Analyze logs and performance metrics to perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams on system reliability.
• Monitor application health and document operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university.
• 5 to 8 years of related professional experience.
• Expert-level experience supporting and troubleshooting Java applications.
• Strong proficiency in Linux server administration and Python scripting.
• Working knowledge of Go (Golang).
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs.
