Senior Software Engineer (Connector Infra)

Location: 100% remote, with hiring limited to countries where hirify.global has a legal entity; this role is listed in the United States. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Salary: $149,400–$235,000 base salary in the United States, depending on geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Build REST APIs and backend services for hirify.global products and engineering platforms.
• Develop integrations with content management systems and other platforms.
• Design and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure with reliability in mind.
• Configure monitoring for backend services and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Design database systems and improve performance at scale.
• Use Git and server technologies to develop applications supporting hirify.global’s software platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive, related post-bachelor’s experience.
• Five years of experience with software systems and infrastructure, large-scale cloud infrastructure, and database design and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST integrations, SQL databases, Git, and server technologies including NPM, Docker, NGINX, and Express/Node.
• Experience with Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States or another country where hirify.global has a legal entity.
