Paralegal (Media & Publishing)

Location: Hybrid – London based

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for routine legal enquiries and manage the legal email inbox.
• Support contract reviews, mark-ups, execution processes, and general document management.
• Assist with intellectual property records, brand protection activities, and company secretarial tasks.
• Handle GDPR and data protection matters, including data processing agreements and subject rights requests.
• Coordinate responses to intellectual property infringement matters and content complaints.
• Assist with broadcasting and advertising regulatory compliance, specifically regarding Ofcom and ASA regulations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Law degree and/or postgraduate legal qualification (LPC, PGDL, LLM or equivalent).
• Familiarity with legal documentation and terminology.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
