Paralegal (Employment Law)

TL;DR

Paralegal (Employment Law): Providing comprehensive legal support on employment matters for a workforce of over 30,000 people with an accent on managing the employment tribunal caseload. Focus on providing expert guidance on employment law, supporting HR queries, and exercising autonomy over case decision-making.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Osterley, London). Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Manage and carry out employment tribunal work with a focus on decision-making and advocacy.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law to the UK&I workforce.
• Support HR teams in resolving employment-related queries.
• Assist the legal team with various other employment matters.
• Develop and deliver training and legal updates for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional experience in employment law within a highly regarded law firm or an equivalent in-house legal department.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
