What you will do

• Develop integrated, business-outcome-driven creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to innovate creative practices across clients and prospects.
• Lead commercial conversations to identify upsell opportunities and expand service scope to maximize revenue.
• Act as the strategic voice in client and ExCo meetings, framing recommendations in terms of business value.
• Lead and mentor a high-performance creative team, fostering a culture of curiosity and growth.
• Collaborate with the new business team to develop winning pitch strategies and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing senior-level creative strategies focused on business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of closing new business or upsell opportunities.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership (ExCo).
• Ability to translate complex creative and data trade-offs into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in team leadership and professional development of subordinates.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London, GB
