Senior Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Own and optimize the DACH growth funnel from Lead to Demo booking, diagnosing and fixing conversion leaks.
• Design and automate lead nurturing workflows within HubSpot to re-engage inactive leads.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager on paid media strategy and demand analysis.
• Manage and refine HubSpot lead scoring and qualification models based on intent signals.
• Lead structured A/B tests on landing pages and forms to iterate on growth strategy.
• Mentor junior marketers and freelancers while documenting repeatable campaign playbooks.

Requirements

• Native-level German proficiency.
• Business-fluent English.
• Senior-level experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation with a proven track record of owning a funnel end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience building complex workflows in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or subscription-based conversion funnels.
• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
