Working Student – Marketing Events

Location: Hybrid work connected to the CE Marketing & Communications offices in Düsseldorf, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich.

What you will do

• Support the organization and execution of marketing events from start to finish.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external contacts involved in event delivery.
• Develop and research ideas for event concepts, visual content, and décor.
• Prepare, analyze, and present data using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Maintain databases and conduct varied online research.
• Use digital collaboration and AI tools in daily event and communications work.

Requirements

• Be enrolled as a full-time student, ideally in media, communications, or business administration.
• Remain enrolled for at least another one and a half years and be available from 01.02.2027.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent German and very good English skills are required.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Have hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional or academic context.

Nice to have

• Initial practical experience in marketing or event management.
• Studies in media, communications, or business administration.
