What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for APAC users, troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, connectivity, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, user accounts, shared mailboxes, groups, MFA, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Deploy and manage laptops and mobile devices through Microsoft Intune, maintaining asset records and endpoint compliance.
• Support office Wi-Fi, printers, meeting room technology, office moves, vendors, and local connectivity.
• Investigate endpoint security alerts, phishing incidents, patching, remediation, and security awareness activities.
• Act as the APAC liaison to Group IT and Security teams and contribute to automation, migrations, and future acquisition integration planning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and end users in a multi-site business.
• Experience working within a service desk or IT operations function.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Windows 11, endpoint troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Ability to support regional IT security operations, endpoint compliance, and incident response activities.
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL Foundation certification are desirable.
