TL;DR

IT Intern (Infrastructure and Digital Transformation): Supporting IT operations and digital transformation for pharmaceutical manufacturing systems with an accent on documentation, compliance, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity initiatives. Focus on troubleshooting technical issues, preparing audit materials, contributing to system upgrades, and supporting regulated manufacturing environments.

Location: Fully site-based in Tuas, Singapore

A global contract development and manufacturing organization supporting the production of medicines and life-science therapies across more than 30 sites.

What you will do

• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and audit preparation materials.
• Assist with troubleshooting IT issues and supporting site infrastructure.
• Contribute to system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and digitalization projects.
• Learn and support systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Development Services on IT requirements.

Requirements

• Student in a Polytechnic program in Technology, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT systems and infrastructure.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity is beneficial.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Tuas site in Singapore.
