Partner Services Manager (EMEA)

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead partner enablement and delivery readiness across EMEA, MENA, and APAC.
• Execute structured training plans, conduct monthly enablement calls, and support partners in building Centres of Excellence.
• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned partners and drive delivery quality, capability growth, and operational self-sufficiency.
• Work with Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product to align opportunities with partner capability and delivery requirements.
• Manage delivery escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare executive-ready updates on partner performance, risks, and strategic progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years working with the hirify.global Platform or another GRC platform.
• Experience working with partners in an enterprise software ecosystem, including training, escalations, webinars, and advisory support.
• Experience advising on complex enterprise software implementations and working across multifaceted implementation teams.
• Experience with multiple product lines and willingness to learn additional modules.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and senior-presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, make sound decisions, and drive cross-functional improvement.
