Frontend Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Ship frontend features for self-serve merchant onboarding and the platform experience.
• Build the merchant dashboard with React.
• Deploy features to production and track their impact after release.
• Collaborate closely with Design on the merchant’s first experience.
• Contribute to Python backend code when useful.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production frontend features with growing autonomy.
• Comfort writing tests and considering edge cases and error handling.
• Genuine interest in merchant onboarding and activation experiences.
• Willingness to contribute to Python backend code when required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

Nice to have

• Previous React experience.
• Experience building or integrating payment products.
