TL;DR
Frontend Engineer (Agentic AI Platform) (TypeScript/React/TailwindCSS): Building user interfaces, reusable UI libraries, internal tools, and user-facing components for AI agents with an accent on frontend architecture, performance, and scalable component systems. Focus on integrating LLM-based capabilities, designing complex agent interactions, and improving monitoring, security, and reliability in production.
Location: Espoo, Finland; Bodegraven, Netherlands; or Brasov, Romania. In-office role with 4 days per week in the office and 1 remote day. Travel requirement: 0–10%.

What you will do
- Design, implement, test, and deploy user-facing features and internal tools using TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS.
- Develop a core UI library and reusable components for AI agents and related tooling.
- Contribute to frontend technical architecture, system design, and technology evaluations.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, AI researchers, and other engineering teams.
- Improve frontend monitoring, logging, alerting, scalability, performance, security, and usability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, document designs, and share frontend knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS.
- Experience building and deploying responsive, performant user interfaces and contributing to system design and architecture.
- Knowledge of software development practices including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and code reviews.
- Interest in or practical experience with AI/ML concepts, especially integrating Large Language Models.
Nice to have
- Experience building UI libraries or component systems from scratch.
- Experience with developer tools or interfaces for AI/ML and data platforms.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases, or RAG techniques.
- Experience with Zustand, Redux, Vite, or Webpack.
- Experience optimizing frontend application performance and scalability.
