PeopleSoft Administrator (ERP): Administering and maintaining enterprise PeopleSoft environments, including application and web servers, batch processes, and database operations, with an accent on system stability, performance, security, and availability. Focus on patching and upgrades, production troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and coordinating reliable operations across infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.

What you will do

Administer PeopleSoft application and web servers, batch processes, and environments.
Perform patching, upgrades, database refreshes, performance tuning, and disaster recovery activities.
Troubleshoot production incidents and support change, problem, and request management.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and audit records.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to ensure reliable operations.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft administration or enterprise application support.
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft application and web servers, batch processing, patching, upgrades, and database refreshes.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, VMware, backup and recovery, and monitoring tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.

Nice to have

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Microsoft Windows Server/Azure, Linux, VMware, or PeopleSoft/Oracle certifications.
