Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Singapore; Singaporean citizenship required due to G50 security clearance requirements

What you will do

• Install, configure, administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise applications and platforms, including IIS, MS-SQL, Apache HTTPd, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, Kubernetes, Kafka, and IBM-MQ.
• Work with software development, network, and infrastructure teams to define implementation requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot web, middleware, database, and infrastructure environments.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and distinguish infrastructure issues from environment problems.
• Maintain technical documentation, manage escalations, and support SLA compliance through ITSM processes and tools.

Requirements

• Singaporean citizenship is required for client-mandated G50 security clearance.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience working with Linux and Windows systems.
• Strong implementation and administration skills for Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of IIS, MS-SQL, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-wide on-premises systems, with an analytical mindset and initiative to improve productivity.

• Experience with Azure environments.
