Engineer I - Global Technology - Technology Services (Windows Endpoint Engineering)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation support for Windows endpoint issues.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities, including OS and application deployment, patching, provisioning, and compliance monitoring.
• Administer Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Active Directory, Group Policy, and mobile device management environments.
• Develop automation and standardized deployment processes using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Coordinate regional data center operations, including remote hands services, hardware installations, moves, changes, circuits, and capacity planning.
• Manage vendors, procurement, software licensing, billing validation, and project coordination across global and regional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience with Windows endpoints, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint support.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python automation, Git-based source control, configuration management, and repeatable deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, Autopilot, endpoint patching, compliance monitoring, and cybersecurity controls.
• Understanding of data center operations, including rack space, power, cooling, UPS, HVAC, environmental monitoring, hardware handling, and vendor coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organization, customer service, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• 1+ year of experience in data center, infrastructure, vendor coordination, or regional technology operations.
• Experience managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a regional or global technology support environment.
