What you will do

• Achieve revenue targets across a portfolio of scientific databases and solutions.
• Develop account plans and execute consultative sales strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage pre-sales discovery, negotiations, agreements, and post-sales handovers to customer success teams.
• Drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities while assessing risks and coordinating internal resources.
• Collaborate with regional and government agencies on projects involving scientific databases and solutions.
• Monitor forecasts, analyze market and competitive insights, and represent the business at industry events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in solution sales.
• Strong expertise in complex solution selling and consultative sales.
• Experience with strategic account planning and expanding business within existing customer accounts.
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, in an international matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, is required.
