What you will do

• Act as the payroll compliance authority for assigned countries or regions, interpreting payroll, tax, social security, labour, and employment legislation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Customer Experience teams to embed compliance into product design and delivery.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business requirements, system logic, calculations, workflows, controls, and customer solutions.
• Conduct compliance assessments, audits, investigations, and remediation activities while identifying root causes and managing regulatory risk.
• Monitor legislative changes, assess business impact, and support market expansion, product launches, and change management.
• Build compliance documentation, rules libraries, governance frameworks, training programs, and scalable automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in payroll, tax, social security, labour, and employment compliance within a country or region.
• Experience translating legislation into payroll calculations, scalable business processes, product requirements, and system logic.
• Experience working with technology, product, operational, legal, or compliance teams.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, compliance reviews, or regulatory assessments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, communication, and risk-judgement skills.
• Professional application and CV submission in English required.
