Salary: $127,300 – $204,100 USD per year

What you will do

• Draft and manage complex commercial agreements, including merchant acceptance and master service agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure prompt approval and consistency of contracts.
• Refine and proactively optimize contract workflows to identify bottlenecks and streamline development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across key business pillars like Co-branding, hirify.global Direct, and Commercial.
• Act as a subject matter expert on drafting for various contract types supported by the Legal Commercial Contract team.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced degree/JD).
• Extensive experience in contract drafting, preferably within a large-scale corporation or law firm.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry, banking laws, and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to negotiate and engage directly with senior executive management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CLM software such as Salesforce or iCertis.

Nice to have

• Experience using generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Harvey, or Legora.
• Background in antitrust, competition law, or digital payments.
