Engineer - Artificial Intelligence (Data Engineering)

What you will do

• Integrate AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini into daily development workflows for code generation and refactoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
• Build and test production-grade software systems, APIs, and microservices for AI platforms.
• Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured datasets.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all data systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering (pipelines, ETL, integration) and building production-grade software.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and SQL (relational and NoSQL).
• Experience with data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform for data and application deployments.
• Experience using AI coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with real-time or streaming data processing.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
