What you will do
- Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution.
- Implement micro-services from design to production using LLMs and agentic frameworks (AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework).
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product features, including development, maintenance, and testing strategies.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to drive growth through new product features.
- Research and suggest new technologies to boost product capabilities and influence system architecture.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Sciences or a similar degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in Python backend development.
- 1+ year of experience building agentic AI systems or autonomous agents.
- Proficiency with server-side technologies such as FastAPI, Pydantic, and Alembic.
- Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like AutoGen, LangChain, or CrewAI.
Nice to have
- Experience in Java backend development and Spring framework.
- Knowledge of Azure or GCP cloud services.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI services.
- Experience with large-scale SQL/NoSQL databases such as SingleStore or Postgres.
- Familiarity with Agile or Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies.
