What you will do

• Support customer engagements by presenting Snowflake’s technology and vision to technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate on technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Partner with customers and technical champions to build trust and contribute to long-term customer success.
• Develop technical expertise through tailored demos, hands-on labs, and learning resources.
• Work with Account Executives, Marketing, and partners to help customers realize value.

Requirements

• Some experience in a technical role (solution engineering, solutions architecture, or software development), preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or cloud.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and/or Python, or strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to solve customer problems.
• Collaborative, team-player approach working with peers, partners, and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery) and related tooling (CI/CD, Spark, containers, DevOps, orchestration, Git).
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data science, machine learning workflows, or governance tools.
