Data And Solutions Engineer (Defence)

Location: Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Must be eligible for UAE security clearance.

What you will do

• Ingest, process, and integrate data from multiple sources into unified workflows.
• Design and manage data pipelines using low/no-code tools and business logic.
• Integrate AI services and agentic workflows to automate data processing.
• Configure and integrate systems to enable data exchange across complex architectures.
• Deliver operational dashboards, reports, and searchable datasets.
• Support the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of mission-critical C4I solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, system integration, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Node-RED or Apache NiFi.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON/XML, and data processing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and understanding of AI/ML/Agentic AI concepts.
• Fluent English (C1) required.
• Must be eligible for UAE security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience delivering solutions in Defence, security, or government environments.
• Experience working in multi-domain operational contexts.
