TL;DR
Data and Solutions Engineer - Defence (AI): Building data-driven C4I capabilities for military operations across land, maritime, and joint environments with an accent on data integration, system integration, and agentic AI. Focus on designing data pipelines, integrating APIs and AI services, deploying operational systems, and supporting mission-critical defence solutions.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires eligibility for UAE security clearance and travel within the region and to headquarters as required.

What you will do
- Ingest, process, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources into unified workflows.
- Design and manage data pipelines using low-code or no-code tools and business logic.
- Integrate AI services, including agentic workflows, to automate data processing.
- Configure and integrate systems, APIs, and data exchanges across complex architectures.
- Deliver dashboards, reports, searchable datasets, and end-to-end C4I solutions for operational use.
- Deploy and support operational systems, engage defence stakeholders, train customers, and contribute to proposals, estimates, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
- Experience in data engineering, system integration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Node-RED or Apache NiFi, plus APIs, JSON/XML, and data processing.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure and an understanding of AI/ML services, models, and agentic AI concepts.
- Customer-facing or consultancy experience with complex stakeholders, preferably in defence, security, or government environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent English and eligibility for UAE security clearance are required. Arabic is an advantage.
