Intelligent Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver automation, tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate business needs into working solutions through rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Build APIs, data flows, and workflows connecting systems, platforms, and data sources.
• Use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and AI technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to refine outputs and identify opportunities for AI and automation at scale.
• Support testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and the creation of reusable standards and components.

Requirements

• Experience writing clean, maintainable code for automation, data processing, or integrations, using Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data workflows, automation tools, and workflow platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services for data integration, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Power Platform.
• Ability to build, review, debug, and improve solutions end-to-end, including AI-generated code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.

• Experience establishing reusable technical standards and best practices.
• Experience applying error handling, validation, retries, monitoring, and other reliability practices to automation solutions.
