Location: Hybrid role based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage revenue and expense forecasting for annual budgets, long-range plans, and in-year financial estimates.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and tools for performance tracking.
• Analyze subscriber funnels and key metrics, including acquisition, churn, lifetime value, and average revenue per user.
• Identify business risks, growth opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide financial, investment, and pricing decision support to cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, HR, and Controllership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Operational Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to contribute from the Englewood Cliffs office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working with large, complex datasets and manipulating data with SQL or Python.
• Experience with SAP and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Background in media or consumer subscription businesses.
• MBA, CFA, or CFI certification.
