What you will do

• Manage homepage planning in alignment with local CRM and commercial priorities.
• Collect and synthesize customer experience feedback to drive product and process improvements.
• Conduct competitive monitoring to benchmark features, promotions, and CRM tactics.
• Track and analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with HQ Product teams on roadmap items and localization requirements.
• Perform regular local product audits to ensure feature configurations and UX align with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency required
• Relevant experience in CRM, Product Operations, or similar roles within tech, e-commerce, or gaming/betting.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence in working with performance data and KPIs.
• Proven experience in campaign and calendar management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across different time zones and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing principles.
