What you will do

• Drive enterprise customer conversations with industrial giants and own the entire follow-through process.
• Create high-quality business cases, decks, and sales materials tailored for C-level stakeholders.
• Represent the company on-site at customer offices and industry trade fairs.
• Optimize the sales funnel end-to-end, from discovery and qualification to closing.
• Build and lead the founding GTM squad by hiring and mentoring the first Account Executives.
• Implement rigorous deal management using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks to ensure pipeline clarity.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting or B2B/enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closed ARR.
• Native German and professional English (C1+) proficiency.
• Proven ability to design outbound strategies from scratch and build GTM playbooks.
• Deep understanding of industrial procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder sign-off processes.
• Must be based in Berlin for full-time in-person work in the Berlin-Mitte office.
