What you will do

• Develop large-scale, distributed, and highly-available infrastructure.
• Implement platform tools that enable feature teams to deploy and manage datastores for their services.
• Research new technologies to accelerate the creation of new environments.
• Lead cross-team initiatives encompassing design reviews, code reviews, and security hygiene.
• Ensure operational robustness by participating in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang or a strong desire to learn it.
• Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with large-scale data storage systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Nice to have

• Deep experience working specifically with database internals.
• DevOps experience utilizing cloud-native and cloud-agnostic technologies.
