Salary: $225k - $550k per year + Equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain security tooling and automation for internal engineering teams.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and production services.
• Develop secure sandboxing and isolation for untrusted code, agents, and model execution.
• Build guardrails against AI attack vectors, including prompt injection and autonomous model behavior.
• Protect model weights, research artifacts, and datasets from unauthorized access and exfiltration.
• Respond to security incidents and live threats in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust, Go, Python, C++, Kotlin, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK techniques and modern security architecture.
• Experience securing distributed systems and large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to develop high-complexity cloud Linux-based exploits.
• Active engagement in the role of LLMs in securing and attacking software systems.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, USA.
