What you will do

• Develop internal security platforms including backend services, REST APIs, and web-based dashboards for Cybersecurity and GRC teams.
• Build agentic AI pipelines using LLMs, RAG architectures, and MCP-based tooling to automate security analysis and evidence collection.
• Create and maintain data processing pipelines to ingest structured and unstructured security artifacts.
• Design analyst-facing reporting and triage interfaces to surface security findings and compliance posture.
• Automate security operations and compliance reporting workflows using Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Guide a small team of analysts and engineers through delivery, managing sprints and code reviews (for Team Lead candidates).

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience building web applications with Next.js/React and backend services with FastAPI or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tooling, including LLM API integration, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AppSec or GRC domains (OWASP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
• Experience with asynchronous task infrastructure like Redis or Celery.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL fundamentals, and Docker.
• Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Industry certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or CISSP.
