What you will do

• Perform routine in-process inspections at quality gates, focusing on critical-to-quality characteristics and high-risk operations.
• Verify the implementation and effectiveness of Change Requests, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Assess product quality across fabrication, welding, coating, mechanical assembly, and electrical installation.
• Execute formal pre-shipment inspections to ensure product completeness and release readiness.
• Document defects and quality risks using NCRs and other approved reporting systems.
• Escalate safety, regulatory, and structural risks promptly to the Quality Manager.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or factory inspection.
• Ability to inspect mechanical, electrical, and assembled products in an industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of inspection methods, workmanship standards, and manufacturing drawings.
• Familiarity with torque verification, welding/coating inspection, and quality reporting tools.
• Strong risk assessment and professional communication skills.
