What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert and point of contact for product-related queries from sales teams and customers.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of features, benefits, and service requirements for dry pumps and STP turbomolecular pumps.
• Support the creation and optimization of service offerings, upgrade opportunities, and value-added solutions.
• Analyze product performance, cost structures, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead service-related projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for product managers and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product support, service, or a technical specialist role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical product insights.
• Commercial awareness, including understanding of customer value and pricing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data reporting techniques.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
