Assembler (Compressors): Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components for compressor packages, blowers, dryers, filters, and compressed air systems with an accent on product quality, safety, and manufacturing efficiency. Focus on troubleshooting assembly issues, interpreting technical drawings, documenting deviations, and supporting continuous improvement in a hands-on production environment.
Location: On-site at the Houston facility in the United States.

What you will do
- Assemble compressor packages and compressed air products, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Test finished assemblies, troubleshoot issues, and perform required modifications.
- Interpret bills of materials, technical documentation, drawings, and schematics while reporting discrepancies through NCR and deviation reports.
- Apply manufacturing techniques, Safety First principles, and 6S practices in a clean and efficient workspace.
- Perform physical installation and handling tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and component installation.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; technical education in mechanical or electrical systems is advantageous.
- Two to five years of technical training or relevant hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Forklift or similar equipment operating certification required.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varied environmental conditions and work extended hours when production requires.
