Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Hybrid in London (office 4 days per week)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and implement scalable solutions.
• Shape future architecture and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate in cross-functional product teams within a tribe to deliver high-impact features.
• Contribute to a healthy engineering culture based on feedback and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience building complex JavaScript SPAs using React and Redux.
• Deep experience with AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to amplify output.
• Proficiency with a modern JS toolchain including NPM, Lerna, Webpack, and ESLint.
• Strong ability to plan and deliver small engineering projects autonomously.
• Must be based in London and available to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node, Cypress, Jest, PWA, or SSR.
• Knowledge of Cordova or native Android/iOS development.
• Full-stack experience, specifically with Ruby or Elixir.
