Associate Clinical Analyst II (Genomics)

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Perform clinical data analysis and case management to accurately interpret genetic findings.
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across diverse genetic disorders.
• Review and finalize genetic test reports, interpret variants, and curate internal databases.
• Conduct literature reviews and database searches to support variant interpretation and classification.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to support case resolution and provider engagement.
• Fulfill Clinical Consultant responsibilities for ABMGG certified staff, including result authorization and provider consultation.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Genetics or related field, OR MD/DO with 2+ years of experience in clinical diagnostics.
• ABMGG certification or board eligibility is required.
• Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shift from 9am-5pm ET.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and internal clinical systems.
